FAQ - DartManager

Question: Is it permitted to use DartManager for free with the only limitation that i don't have more then 16 participants ?
Answer: Yes, DartManager can be used for free when you don't need more then 16 participant. All features are available. When you purchase a license code you can enter a maximum of 256 participants.

Question: Where can i find the license-id ?
Answer: Go to menu <info> and choose <license code> from the pull-down menu.

Question: If i purchase a license code how long can i use this license code ? what about updates ?
Answer: The license-code can be used infinitely on a single PC or laptop. Also minor release and buf fixes are free of charge, your license key can be re-used for this. Major releases with new functionality are charged with a small update fee. When you want to use DartManager on another PC or laptop then you have to buy a new license code. ( the license code is PC bound )

Question: Do i have to enter the received license code with or without dashes ?
Answer: The license code must be entered with dashes. The format of the code is: 1234-1234-1234-1234

Question: Can i start DartManager 2 times on the same PC to manage 2 different tournaments at the same time.
Answer: Yes that is possible, install DartManager 2 times in a different directory. The license code is PC bound so you can install a registered version of DartManager multiple times on the same PC.

Question: Can DartManager also work with poules ?
Answer: No that is not possible, only knock out tournaments can be managed with winners and losers round.
